Setting up home in a new country is going to be challenging. A bit like trying to cook a meal in someone else's kitchen. Maybe. This is a record of my experiences as I pack up my old life in England and start a new one in Ontario, Canada, with the aim of becoming more self-sufficient.

We were strolling the beach and boardwalk in Wellington on Friday. Didn't know about the dragonboat races or we would of gone that day.
Hi Linda - it's a lovely spot, isn't it? I think there are more dragon boat races in Belleville, next weekend, so maybe you can catch them there!

Congrats to the Team Philippines for the last event of dragon boats wherein they dominates the annual league/cup. Even though I'm Canadian, i really admire them on how they eager to win the gold medal.
