I don't let the weather stop me returning my library books...
It turned quite snowy here this week, with about a foot of snow falling on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Luckily the book drop box has been designed with Canadian weather in mind!
Setting up home in a new country is going to be challenging. A bit like trying to cook a meal in someone else's kitchen. Maybe. This is a record of my experiences as I pack up my old life in England and start a new one in Ontario, Canada, with the aim of becoming more self-sufficient.

Nice vignette. And very smart construction for a cold winter climate. We are cold now, too, with a forecasted warm-up starting mid-week. Stay warm!
Stay warm! I've just been reading Helen's post about the lack of snow in Canada this year. Perhaps she spoke too soon...
I love the library! Why buy books when you can rent them for free at your public library? It was almost 70 degrees here today in Texas. Stay warm, Amanda!
I was in Toronto on Friday and although it was cold there was very little snow there. After two horrible winters we're being given a kinder one this year!
